Spring is such a beautiful time of the year and vegetables flourish. So our spring cooking class will be all about Spring vegetables, using a range of Spring vegetables in a range of ways, perfect for starters, mains, sides and more. Why can't a vegetable be the hero?

Join Rosa on a Saturday morning for this interactive cooking demonstration there will be plenty of tasters, recipe cards and something special to take home.

And for our second Seasonal Italy we will also have a special guest, you will get to meet one of the very few local growers of artichokes, learn more about this versatile and underutilised vegetable.

A limited bar will be available to purchase wine and beer with EFT facilities.

Class sizes are small and our first Seasonal Italy booked out in advance, so get in quick!

All tickets are refundable up to 14 days prior to the event. If less than 14 days notice is given prior to the event date, tickets cannot be refunded, but can be moved to the next event. Dietary requirements are required 14 days prior to the event date, we will attempt to cater for all requirements. The event will be confirmed 14 days prior to the date, if the event is cancelled a full refund will be made.
