Join Rosa Mitchell - founder of ‘Rosa’s Canteen’ for a very special cooking class. Here, participants will learn how to cook traditional home-style Sicilian dishes that have played a seminal part in Rosa’s food journey.
Our Corporate Cooking Classes are especially designed to strengthen and extend interpersonal relationships, and encourage communication and problem solving through team building challenges. We believe that through developing group morale, team’s will benefit from a greater productivity back at the workplace. Ultimately, we want you to enjoy the unique experience that is Rosa’s cooking, and the power of bringing people together through good food made with love.
From a young age Rosa fell in love with cooking and whether preparing meals for family or running her own restaurant, her ideals in food have never changed. Good food is to be cooked simply, made with care, love and thoroughly enjoyed.
This class is designed for all - from beginner to intermediate and all food lovers in-between.
Please note classes run on Saturdays at Rosa’s Canteen. We are currently not available for class bookings for November/ December.
CHOOSE YOUR CHALLENGE:
MACARONITHON
Creating traditional Macaroni pasta from scratch, the winning team will produce the most pasta to the best standard. Then will get to taste their creation which will be incorporated into the evening meal.
THE DETAILS:
DURATION
2 Hour cooking class with dinner to follow (4 course shared style feast plus wine).
Classes generally run from 2pm- 4pm, with dinner commencing from 6pm. Timings can be discussed and tailored to your suit group.
SALAMI STAND OFF
Make your own traditional Italian Salami. The group with the best salami technique will get the win. Guests can take their salami home to hang and then eat!
