The next dinner will be in Summer where Rosa will be celebrating the “Sicilian Summer” across four courses from savoury to sweet. This delicious event will be celebrating the abundance of Sicilian produce available in Summer with hints of seafood, and inspiration drawn from Rosa’s recent TOUR OF SICILY (which will be held again in 2019 if you missed out).
