For the first time ever, Rosa will be demonstrating her most loved Italian sweets. Perfect for entertaining over the festive season and for Christmas gifts. Watch, taste and take home.

Rosa’s cooking classes are always interactive and welcoming. Not only will you learn Rosa’s techniques to making delicious Sicilian sweets, you will get an insight into the world of Rosa’s passion for Sicilian food.

Eat and Drink
Enjoy a special complimentary drink by Dave to start the cooking class. The bar will then be available for further purchases of wine and beer during the day.
At the conclusion of the demonstration, join Rosa for an Italian coffee or tea and feast on some of the delicious sweets Rosa demonstrated.

Take-home
Take Rosa’s fact sheets and recipes home with you so you can recreate all the sweets again. Along with some of Rosa’s most loved sweets and treats to share with your family.

Again, we are keeping numbers low, so book your spot ASAP. If this first date does book-out we may be releasing a second date. So please do feel free to make contact if this date does not work for you. 

Price and Bookings
Price: $95 per person
To place your booking credit card details will be recorded. Nothing will be charged to this card at this stage. If you do cancel your ticket within 7 days of the event date, 50% of the ticket price will be charged to your card. Managers reserve the right to approve moving your booking to another date on a case by case basis.
Dietary requirements are required 14 days prior to the event date, we will attempt to cater for all requirements. The event will be confirmed 14 days prior to the date, if the event is cancelled a full refund will be made.
