Love FUNGI? So does Rosa. This class will be more educational than ever before. As always, Rosa will be discussing how to prepare and cook some of her delicious dishes with Fungi. But for this class she will also be delving into how to forage for FUNGI. For good reason, many people shy away from picking mushrooms. Rosa will be talking about how to identify certain varieties and some of her most favourite places to pick them. (Write these down!!)
Eat and Drink
Enjoy a special drink by Dave to start the cooking class. The bar will then be available for further purchases of wine and beer during the day.
At the conclusion of the demonstration Rosa will serve up a feast of some of dishes she showed. Watch, touch and, most importantly, sample all of Rosa’s delicious dishes.
Take-home
Take Rosa’s fact sheets and recipes home with you so you can recreate all the dishes again. You’ll also have a goodie bag specially made by Rosa for you.

TICKET CONDITIONS
Price: $135 per person
To place your booking credit card details will be recorded. Nothing will be charged to this card at this stage. If you do cancel your ticket within 7 days of the event date, 50% of the ticket price will be charged to your card. Managers reserve the right to approve moving your booking to another date on a case by case basis.
Dietary requirements are required 14 days prior to the event date, we will attempt to cater for all requirements. The event will be confirmed 14 days prior to the date, if the event is cancelled a full refund will be made.
